This was stock footage. I put screenshots into Google Lens and was able to find the original video on a stock footage website. It was part of a series with several different houses all in the same neighborhood, so I put screenshots of those into Google and eventually narrowed it down to Decatur. I was able to find this house browsing around Google Maps! And luckily, I only lived minutes away at the time.
