The Cabin Fever remake was released on February 12, 2016. An almost scene-for-scene remake of Eli Roth’s original, I didn’t really think too much of it, but I did add the locations into my notes should I ever find myself in Oregon. And then I did!
The cabin itself is located on Deardorff Reservoir in Molalla, OR, but it seems to be private property and a long ways down a private road, so unfortunately I did not visit that location. But I did get to stop by the gas station/general store, which was a fun little find. They used the real name in the movie, so it was easy too!
