Arcade Mill was destroyed by fire in 1996. All that remains is one brick chimney. The area has been developed into a new neighborhood and the site of the mill is a field now. The 2nd & 3rd pictures below are pictures I found online that I used to match up to the movie and determine that this was indeed the correct location.
