I have been obsessed with Goosebumps for as long as I can remember, so the movie being filmed here in Georgia was a dream come true! I enjoyed the movie, and thought it did a pretty good job of looking and feeling like a Goosebumps story. The main plot feels like a combination of The Blob That Ate Everyone & The Ghost Next Door, with a little Night of the Living Dummy thrown in there for good measure.
I have visited most of these locations before, but since it was coming up on the 10th anniversary, I decided to revisit these locations. I mainly just got more shots of the locations I’d been to before, though I did make some new discoveries like the football field was filmed behind the school. It just doesn’t look anything like the movie because it was heavily, HEAVILY modified with CGI.

The football field was filmed right behind the school, but it was heavily modified with CGI. There are behind the scenes clips that show them filming on the field with a green screen. The distinctive light poles seen in the second screenshot used to be here, but have been replaced since filming. The school was added in the background with digital effects and the landscape was changed as well.
