Texas Chainsaw 3D was released on January 4, 2013. It was filmed in Louisiana rather than Texas. I originally visited some of the locations in July of 2019.
I revisited some of the locations in October of 2024 and was also able to get photos of some that I missed on the previous trip.

I couldn’t match up the angle shown in the movie, but this house is located pretty much right behind the Carson mansion location.
