WRONG TURN (2003)

Wrong Turn was released on May 30, 2003. Desmond Harrington, Jeremy Sisto, and Eliza Dushku star as travelers who get stranded after taking a wrong turn… dun dun dun. And unfortunately for them, murderous mountain men are prowling around the area.

Wrong Turn is really nostalgic for me. I didn’t get to see it in theaters, but it’s one of the first movies I remember blind buying when I got into horror. It’s a fun back-to-basics backwoods slasher, and I was super excited to get to some of the locations.

It was filmed in Ontario. The locations I visited are in the Uxbridge/Goodwood area outside of Toronto. The waterfall seen in the movie is Webster’s Falls in Hamilton, Ontario, but I didn’t make it there.
