Prom Night was released on July 18, 1980. Four high school seniors are stalked on their prom night by a masked axe-wielding killer as revenge for being involved in the accidental death of a classmate six years earlier. Jamie Lee Curtis is also there.
Prom Night was filmed in and around Toronto. I didn’t get to every single location from the movie, but I was very happy to get to see some of the locations including THE Hamilton High, which still looks almost exactly the same.
The abandoned building at the beginning of the movie was the Langstaff Jail Farm in Richmond Hill, Ontario. It has been demolished and the whole area looks completely different so I did not go there.
